We started this company with a simple goal: to provide people with access to affordable healthcare. Along the way, we realized we could do more— empowering brokers with the knowledge and tools to explore non- traditional, yet transparent and cost-effective healthcare options. Our values are rooted in military principles, where integrity and action matter; we say what we’re going to do, and we do it. By disrupting the traditional model, we aim to create a ripple effect in the industry—helping brokers save time, clients save money, and everyone receive the quality care they deserve.

I wake up every day to my beautiful wife, Kim, of 34 years, 2 smart and beautiful daughters and one AMAZING grandson then I get the privilege to work with amazing Employee benefit brokers, consultants and business owners with our end in mind goal of the “pathway to zero”! US healthcare costs are out of control but with the right people, direction, knowledge and purpose we can get all the care we need, at the right place at the right time and the right price.

I enjoy craft brewing, and boating, l have been the proud “father” owned 4 Rottweilers and a Labrador Retriever as they are the most lovable dogs if given the love and affection all dogs deserve. As for Bravo, my passion to reduce waste in the health insurance industry, from unnecessary tests and procedures to overbilling and unjustified double digit rate increases on already overpriced insurance premiums. When i am not working I enjoy camping, hiking, bicycling and riding my Harley.

First and foremost, I’m a devoted husband to my incredible wife and best friend, Caryn. I’m also a proud father of our three amazing children: Sheridan, Cale, and Amasa. Before entering the world of insurance, I spent 21 years as a high school administrator and head football coach. With the support of an outstanding coaching staff, we achieved two Texas High School Football State Championships. After my time in education, I was ready for a new challenge. With Caryn’s encouragement, I ventured into the insurance industry. As a healthcare consumer myself, I became curious about why the cost of coverage seemed to rise each year. Joining Bravo gave me the opportunity to be part of a team committed to reducing healthcare costs and making insurance more affordable and accessible for employees. I love that we’re helping select brokers become industry innovators and deliver the kind of care we would want for ourselves.

Broker Support

Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, I am originally from Ohio and a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, where I majored in anthropology. I furthered my studies in graduate school, focusing on biological anthropology and exploring how human biology informs our understanding of human health in the past. During my academic career, I gained experience in commercial insurance while working at Nationwide Insurance and in various insurance agencies. I have since transitioned back into the insurance industry, where I aim to contribute to making healthcare more affordable and accessible for all Americans. In my free time, I enjoy reading fantasy novels, spending time with my family, and hiking. I am also a proud mom and love watching my 1.5-year-old son learn and grow.

Sales Development & Operations

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, I graduated from Miami University of Ohio, where I studied Special Education. Based in Austin, I enjoy yoga for both the relaxation and the chance to make new friends through classes. I love exploring new restaurants around the city and spending time outdoors. After spending a few years as a teacher, I switched to this industry to continue helping others by working toward giving Americans more affordable healthcare. When I’m not out and about, you’ll find me engrossed in a good psychological thriller or murder mystery book.

As a proud graduate of Denison University, I hold a degree in psychology that fuels my passion for understanding human behavior and relationships. Currently, I serve as a Sales Development Representative at Bravo Health Partners, where I leverage my academic background and experience to support initiatives that improve access to quality healthcare for Americans. In my free time, I enjoy playing sports and spending time outdoors. Whether it’s a friendly game of pickle-ball or Ohio State football games, I’m always with my friends.
